Phonesavanh was born in a rice farming family in a rural area from Sayaboury province, northern province of Laos. He graduated from National University of Laos in August 2014 majoring in Environmental Management. Phonesavanh has 8 years experiences on community development. He is very well known as youth activist who are committee to promote for sustainable development. He is one of excellent youth advocators who has strong performance on various field of volunteer work and youth development focus on environment, social and sustainability. Phonesavanh wants to see local community grow up with entrepreneurial and helpful.
