Dr. Privahini Bradoo is the CEO and Co-founder of Plank, a company that is scaling FDE-as-a-Service for leading AI companies and enterprises, and training the next generation of AI-native engineers and FDEs. She is also a founding Board Member at Growth NZ, a think/do tank and civic movement focused on driving broad based prosperity in New Zealand. 



Previously, she co-founded BlueOak, a Kleiner-backed sustainable precious metal refining company focused on extracting high value metals from e-waste. Prior to that, Priv held positions at Lanzatech and BCG, and was the founding CEO of Spark (Velocity) and Chiasma, entrepreneurial initiatives at the University of Auckland that have since led to the development of the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University.

She holds an MBA from Harvard as a Fulbright Platinum Scholar, and a PhD in Neuroscience and a BTech Honors from University of Auckland.

Her awards and recognition includes the WEF Young Global Leader and Tech Pioneer Awards, the Harvard Alumni New Venture Award, University of Auckland’s Distinguished Young Alumni Award and KEA’s World Class NZ’er Award.
