Rahul is a Government & Public Sector practitioner with over 5 years of experience in design and implementation of projects for Urban Development, Smart Cities, Education and Skill Development sector. He is a senior consultant in advisory practice of PwC India.

Rahul is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and completed master degree in Urban Management from CEPT University, Ahmadabad. He started his career with Volvo Buses India Pvt. as project trainee and then gradually advanced to development sector practices. In last 5 years he has worked with govt. departments, municipal corporations, NGOs and donor agencies in India.

He specializes in policy research, public procurement, bid process management, program design, research and project management activities. At present he is leading a team for design and exectuion of new projects for Ahmedabad Smart City for water network SCADA, E-Toilet, Smart School, Urban Health Centres, Library and Electric Vehicle Charging infrastructure projects.
