Over 28 years' experience as freelance photographer for selected commissions. 1995-96, Station Manager and Executive Director, Fine Music Radio community radio; 1997-98, Programme Manager, P4 Radio, a smooth jazz format commercial station; 1988-96, founding Trustee, Bush Radio, a community radio station; 1998 - 2010, Chief Executive Officer, espAfrika and Festival Director, Cape Town International Jazz Festival. Since 2003, Member of the Board, Engender, an NGO for research and capacity building for communities of people on gender and sexualities, human rights, justice and peace.
