Coming from a lower-middle class family, Rage treaded her way to the prestigious Asian Institute of Management with a master’s degree in Innovation and Business and worked on a waste management solution. After studying, she worked as a Business Development Director of a startup creating a nation-building app guided by the principles of good governance.

She is currently the Founder/CEO of two startup companies - Bridge360 IT Solutions and Wayste Phils. Bridge360 is social tech solutions company that aims to bridge social gaps in the Philippines.

Rage also works as the Innovation Specialist of Plan International Philippines. She is the overall lead of the Country Coordinating Unit (CCU); leads the innovation process and refine the trainings and support provided to the innovators as needed; and leads the partnership development and strengthening.

Rage has been an active student council leader in her undergraduate and graduate years. She wants to pursue her ideals and advocacies.

Despite opportunities abroad, the founders of the company have chosen to stay in the Philippines and literally get involved with wicked problems facing the country.

As good governance, environmental, and innovation advocate, she gives leadership, environmental, and technopreneurial talks to students and communities. Growing up with the poorest sectors of the Philippines, it inspired her to help the country solve the most wicked problems of society through innovation and technology through the web and mobile app, AI development, 3D technology, and robotics.

In her spare time, she participates in dragonboat competitions; guides birdwatching activities; and play music.

Rage is interested in creating a seamless platform that would promote transparency and accountability for waste management in which it becomes a reliable end-to-end waste management system for LGUs, real estate developers, communities and waste management companies. She is very much interested in the a holistic and systemic approach. She mainly advocates for Zero Landfill and Zero Waste.
