Renata Penchova is a lecturer at the Beijing Foreign Studies University at the Department of Macedonian Language. She is a young enthusiast and activist, co-founder and project coordinator of a local NGO organisation Further Together, a OYW Ambassador, Young European Ambassador from Western Balkans (selected by the European Commission), youth worker and trainer at the organisation World Youth Alliance and course facilitator at Youth for Exchange and Understanding. She is pursuing a Master's Studies at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. During her Bachelor Studies she was on a student exchange semester at University of Warsaw, University of Graz, Comenius University and University of Zagreb. During her previous experience she had worked as a tv host at the Macedonian National Television, as a market research analyst at IFF, as a community mobiliser for the project "Support the electoral reforms" organised by IFES Macedonia. She was a journalism intern at SDK, a campaign ambassador for Keystone Education Group, an intern at World Youth Alliance in Brussels. Also, her other passion is politics, peace and reconciliation and she was participant at Paris Peace Forum 2022 and at the School of politics organised by the Macedonian president Stevo Pendarovski. Currently, she is a member of many international organizations as Peaceline, Global Changemakers, Theirworld, etc.

Well-organized and self-motivated person with great experience in spheres of human rights, youth activism, and international relations. Her previous work with non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and journalistic media gave her an opportunity to contribute to the quality of the sector of communication, education, and culture.
