Ricky Sugiarto is Board of Commissioner of Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia, after previously serving as President Director and CEO. He is also Non-Executive Director of Indika Foundation and formerly Indika Energy Group's Head of the Office of the CEO, Head of Digital and Technology, and Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability.

He also served as APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Indonesia Executive, Special Staff of the Head of the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4) of Indonesia, Chief of Staff of the post-tsunami Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Agency (BRR Aceh-Nias), National Project Manager of UNDP, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

He holds an MSc in Plant Sciences from Wageningen University & Research (Cum Laude), an MBA from INSEAD (Dean’s List), and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (Cum Laude). He is currently doing post-graduate studies in Coffee Excellence in Zurich Univ. of Applied Sciences, while exploring ways to serve the best Indonesian coffee for the world.
