Roberto de Oliveira Campos Neto joined Nubank in July 2025 as its Vice-Chairman and Global Head of Public Policy. He brings extensive experience from both the public and private financial sectors.
Previously, as President of the Central Bank of Brazil (2019-2024), he led a significant digital transformation of the nation's economy, launching the highly successful instant payment system Pix and pioneering the Open Finance framework. His work to modernize the financial system and curb inflation has earned him international acclaim. Before his public service, he built a distinguished career at institutions like Banco Santander.
