Roberto Sallouti is CEO and a board member of BTG Pactual. He is also President of the Boards of Inteli and Banco Pan and board member of Febraban, Wharton for Latin America, Unicef Brasil, Parceiros da Educação and Wharton Board of Advisors
Sallouti holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University Pennsylvania. He joined BTG Pactual in 1994 and became partner in 1998. He started his career in Fixed Income, became COO (Chief Operating Officer) in 2008 and CEO in 2015.
As a philanthropist, Sallouti has dedicated his efforts to education and has been recognized for his efforts by the Brasil Foundation in 2019. He is co-founder of Inteli – Institute of Technology and Leadership – a nonprofit university committed to developing the future tech leaders in Brazil.
