Rogelio Granguillhome Morfin

BA in International Relations and a degree in Economics and Latin American Integration, National Autonomous University of Mexico. Has taught at the university, as well as the Matias Romero Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Former Director for International Economic Policy, Ministry of Finance. Extensive experience in the Foreign Ministry with positions as Director-General of Economic Relations in Latin America and the Caribbean. 1995-99, Ambassador of Mexico to Uruguay and Permanent Representative to the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI); 1999-2004, Ambassador of Mexico to the Republic of Korea, 2004-09, Ambassador of Mexico to India. Since 2009, Head of the Economic Relations and International Cooperation Unit, Secretariat of Foreign Affairs, responsible for implementing a strategy of linkage with the National and International Private Sector on Climate Change. Also Deputy Director, Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior SNC.
