Former Economist, International Monetary Fund, Washington DC. 1991, joined the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development; held positions in the Economics Department and the Department of Financial, Fiscal and Enterprise Affairs; 1996-98, Adviser to the OECD Executive Director; former, Chief of Staff to the OECD Secretary-General; currently, Director, Public Governance and Territorial Development; leads a team of 150 staff to support governments in improving their public sector performance for the well-being of citizens and the competitiveness of their economies. Member, Global Agenda Council on the Future of Government, World Economic Forum.
