Rory Hampson is a student at the University of North Florida finalizing their studies in Social Work at the graduate level. During their graduate career they have taken on the role as Impact Officer for the Jacksonville Hub, they have served in volunteer roles for mental health services per programmatic requirements for their masters at the university's Intercultural Center and a local LGBTQ+ community organization. During their undergraduate career studying Sociology and Leadership, they managed to inspire and motivate students to take up leadership in their personal and professional lives through teaching an introductory leadership course. They brought creative thinkers together to achieve a common goal: connect students to the broader community of professionals actively practicing sustainability and who are partnered with the North Florida Green Chamber. Rory facilitated two undergraduate courses and three extracurricular clubs, demonstrating the passion they have for helping their community.
