Sadem is the Head of Society and Arts programmes of the British Council office in Tunisia leading on several projects linked to civil society and Arts through a special Focus on youth like the “Young Arab Voices” which aim to develop debate Societies in North African Universities, High Schools and NGOs, another Project is the “Jamaity” which is the largest service provider platform for CSO in Tunisia initiated by the British Council in partnership with the EU Commission.
He joined the British Council in 2012 but was previously involved in the Council as Junior Trainer for Capacity Building. He graduated from the Top Management School of Carthage in Tunisia in 2012. Sadem was the Vice president of AIESEC Carthage before joining the British Council and he is still a social activist through the role of advisor on communication and Talent development for different NGOs across North Africa. Responsible for the partnership management of the British Council Tunisia to several projects he worked close with the main actors in Tunisia especially the international development organization community and recently as consultant for an Euromed Youth Project based in France.
