As an active member of the Global Shapers Vientiane Hub, Sakhone has led multiple youth-focused initiatives. He was the project lead for two major programs. The first, Shape My Future, provided career and study guidance through a World Café session featuring senior shapers from diverse fields to help Lao youth make informed academic and career decisions. The second initiative focused on anti-bullying, where he organised the Fail Forward storytelling competition and workshop, encouraging youth to openly share and learn from failure as a path to growth.

Sakhone identifies as “The Edupreneur”—a lifelong learner and committed knowledge sharer. He is passionate about empowering young people to reach their potential and develop into skilled contributors to socio-economic development.
