Sam works in the educational technology industry, spending her days supporting educators, parents, and students to engage in reading through play, using the literacy video games, Squiggle Park and Dreamscape. She leads Customer Success at the start-up Squiggle Park, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

She's originally from Ottawa, Ontario, received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, from Acadia University, and is an alumnus of the Venture for Canada program, which offers immersive entrepreneurial experiences for new graduates.
