Samantha G. Wolfe

Samantha G. Wolfe is the Founder of PitchFWD, a strategic consultancy focused on accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies. She works with some of the most innovative companies on branding, marketing, and business strategies.

An author, judge, keynote speaker, and subject matter expert, Sam is known for her infectious enthusiasm, insightful talks and panels, incredible network, and inspirational mentorship. Sam has the superpower ability of identifying and showcasing the unique value of new products and services, in support of market creation and expansion.

Sam also is an Adjunct Professor at NYU's Steinhardt School teaching 'The Business of the Metaverse,' 'Avatars and Virtual Humans,' 'Marketing Emerging Technologies,' and 'The Business of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality,' all courses she created and developed. She has had over 200 guests join her classes from across the industry to speak to and meet her students. Many have left the class with a newfound understanding and appreciation of technology, and some have found internships, jobs, and changed their careers.

Sam has co-authored 2 books, "Metaversed: See Beyond The Hype" (Wiley) and “Marketing New Realities” and was a contributing author to Charlie Fink's book "Convergence: How The World Will Be Painted With Data" with a chapter focused on Augmented Reality & Brands.

She has presented at conferences and events including AWE, SXSW, VRARA, Miami Ad School, Cannes XR Challenge, Digital Playgrounds (French Embassy); joined podcasts, incl. Building the Open Metaverse (an Epic Games & Cesium podcast), IBM thinkLeaders, XR for Business, Funny As Tech, and Humans 2.0; and was an on-air commentator on The Stream (Al Jeezera), The Point (South Korea TV news program), LinkedIn Live (XR Terra), and In The Loop (Newsy). She's hosted and co-curated inaugural Marketing & Sales track at AWE (2x), LG's NOVA Mission Launch, multiple VR Voice podcast episodes at CES, VR Voice Healthcare Symposium track (2x), and This Week in XR podcast. She's been an advisor and mentor for Digital Playgrounds, 5th Wall Forum, TechNET Immersive, RLab, WXR, Garage Stories (3x), and the NYU ITP Thesis. In addition, Sam been a judge for CES Innovation, SXSW Pitch, MIT Reality Hack, and Games for Change.

Sam graduated with an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Yale University.
