Samburu Wa-Shiko is an international professional with 10 years of rich global experience. In addition to being an alumnus of the prestigious World Economic Forum GLF programme, Samburu has worked for several United Nations agencies including UNHCR (Geneva & Chad), UN Department of Political Affairs (NY) and UN Human Rights Office (Geneva). He has cutting-edge private sector consulting and NGO experience spanning across 15 countries in Europe, North America and Africa. He is also an Africa specialist with expertise in government relations, policy/ strategy development, and media engagement. While at the World Economic Forum, he contributed substantively to 3 "Davos" Meetings and co-organized two Africa Summits. He has strong contacts in corporate, government & NGO circles, and possesses polished communication and presentation skills. Samburu speaks English, French and Swahili fluently.
