Sangeeth Varghese, President of IFSPD Europe, is ranked among the top 10 global thinkers and serves as a trusted advisor to three prime ministers, shaping national policies and global strategies. Known for his pioneering work in future intelligence, he helps leaders and institutions understand global shifts by connecting historical patterns to predict how geopolitics, leadership, work, and learning will evolve by 2050.
His visionary insights have influenced the agendas of the United Nations, the World Bank, and Fortune 500 corporations. Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Varghese was also appointed the first Asian Youth Ambassador by the Government of Libya. He serves on the boards of Harvard University’s Global Business Oath and the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council, helping to shape global policy and leadership discourse.

Previously, as a Principal Consultant to the United Nations, Varghese played a pivotal role in India’s technological transformation, helping increase telecom and computer penetration from 1% to 50%. A distinguished scholar, he conducted research at Harvard University and the London School of Economics, earning top honours and scholarships, including gold medals for his academic achievements.
