Santosh Pandey is an entrepreneur, political strategist, and educator with a passion for making a difference. At the age of 20, he co-founded Offering Happiness, Nepal’s largest experiential gifting platform, and Oho Cake, the fastest-growing cake brand in the country. His journey as an entrepreneur has brought him recognition on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in Retail and eCommerce.
Currently, Santosh is leading the Nepal Center for Political Leadership, where he aims to help 1000 young people run for elections by 2027. He believes that by empowering the youth, Nepal can have better leaders for a brighter future.
Santosh also teaches social media and digital marketing as a visiting lecturer at Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University, helping students gain valuable skills in today’s digital world.
Over the years, Santosh’s hard work has been recognized with awards like the Global Student Entrepreneur Award for Nepal and Best Startup Kathmandu at Seedstars Kathmandu in 2019. His inspiring journey was even featured in the National Geographic documentary "Own the Room."
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Santosh is passionate about social change. He co-founded Change Bhaktapur, served as Program Director for We Inspire Nepal, and worked as a Project Coordinator for the US Embassy Youth Council Nepal. Since 2016, he has been a political strategist, helping with campaigns and using social media to drive change.
Santosh is currently studying political leadership at the Konrad Adenauer School for Young Politicians and developing political training programs through the Apolitical Foundation Accelerator Program. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum and as Curator of the Global Shapers Community’s Kathmandu Hub.
In 2023, Santosh had the honor of representing Nepal at Summer Davos. His journey continues to inspire, and his mission to empower the next generation of leaders remains at the heart of everything he does.
