Sara Oom de Sousa was born in Lisbon, Portugal, where he had a strong Catholic Education (Jesuits' School). She is an architect, graduated fromTécnico University.
While studying to her architecture masters degree, she co-founded a non profit organization called Just a Change that rebuilds houses of the poorest families all over Portugal.
So far, Just a Change was able to rebuild more than 300 houses and 50 intitutions, impacting more than 5000 underprivileged beneficiaries through the volunteer work of 6000 university students.

She has also taken several leadership positions in national organisations, like “missão país” and summer camps. She has good ability to adapt to multicultural environments, gained during her trips to different countries thought the world and volunteer projects.

In late 2018 she launched solo ceramic, a ceramic brand that created pieces transparently produced by current people in prison community, giving them a oportunity to be valued and useful.

Also in 2018, to complement her architectural projects, she created Fuschini, a 100% made in Portugal furniture brand that aims to support small traditional producers finding their ways to international markets.
