Sara Sutton is the founder of Live&Love, a purpose-driven platform created to bring more kindness, connection, and care into everyday life through small, meaningful micro-actions called Sparks. Built around the belief that small actions can meaningfully shape how we experience our days and relationships, Live&Love aims to help counter growing negativity, loneliness, overwhelm, divisiveness, and disconnection by making it easier for people to engage in moments of reflection, appreciation, generosity, and human connection throughout daily life.
Sara has spent more than 20 years building at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and human-centered innovation, with a focus on using technology not only to scale efficiency, but to expand opportunity and improve how people experience their lives. As an early female tech entrepreneur, she founded, grew, and successfully exited two companies, including FlexJobs, where she and her team helped more than 150 million people reimagine their careers while championing remote and flexible work long before it became mainstream. She also founded Remote.co and co-founded JobDirect, the first online entry-level job site.
Her work has been featured by the BBC, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNN, Forbes, and TechCrunch. Sara was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014 and joined the Edmund Hillary Fellowship in New Zealand in 2021.
Today, she is focused on building Live&Love as a scalable, human-centered platform designed to help people feel more connected, constructive, and kind – to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
