Our Global approach is adaptable to the 32 countries in which we operate; thereby addressing the different needs of our160,000 co-workers, our customers and our communities. Together with the global ED&I team and a network of approximately 80 ambassadors from across the Ingka Group world, we lead the ED&I efforts, with the aim of creating a positive impact on people’s life at work and in society.
