For the last 10 years, Sezis has been working for non-profit organisations in roles ranging from events coordinator, project coordinator and recently project manager, and for the last three years, she has been part of the civil society in Cyprus working towards reconciliation through youth empowerment. She is currently implementing a 3 year bicommunal EU-funded project on human rights and social entrepreneurship. She is very keen to encourage young people to become entrepreneurs, and in relation, she is the co-founder of Hive CY, the first bi-communal coworking space in Cyprus.
