A Social Entrepreneur and Civil Engineer, Shubhangi is the co-founder of Pad2Go, a social enterprise that promotes menstrual health management in Nepal. She is also currently working at Sanima Hydro-power and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and is involved in the design and drawing of Middle Tamor Hydro-power project (73 MW).
