He is the Founder and CEO of Licitaciones Inteligentes a start-up democratizing government contracts through technology and business intelligence.

He started the company after experiencing first hand what a great business partner the government can be to SME's but the hardships and inefficiencies of the process, to the point that of every 10 providers inscribed to sell to the government only 2 manage to win a contract in Costa Rica, keeping a key industry for the economy in few hands.

He has been a consultant and entrepreneur the past 7 years. Was selected as Generation 16 of one of the top business accelerators of the world, Start-up Chile.

During his 3 years in Chile he help other entrepreneurs of the program with pitching, mentoring and as a judge, having seeing over 300 start-ups during his years in Chile.

Simon's passions include public and private collaboration to make an impact. Helping kickstart early stage projects and companies and exchanging with people with drive looking to make and impact.
