Sophia Laettner Joubert is a service-minded entrepreneur specializing in federal grant management, strategic communications, writing, and editing. She is joining Congressional Partners as Partner Services Manager, where she will help higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, and local governments secure transformative federal funding. Prior to this role, Sophia established her LLC, Laettner Joubert Writing and Consulting, where she provided specialized grant consulting and technical editing services to diverse clients.
Her experience includes serving as a Grants Research and Operations Specialist at Learn Design Apply, Inc., where she focused on funding research, technical editing, and grants project management, with particular expertise in workforce development initiatives fostering regional innovation and economic resilience.
Sophia serves as Outgoing Curator of the Jacksonville Global Shapers Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, demonstrating her commitment to community impact and leadership. She holds a B.A. from Duke University with double majors in Public Policy and French Studies, and a minor in English Studies.
