Sotiris Baratsas is a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and formerly award-winning entrepreneur in the fields of Technology, Communication and Youth Employment. He is the co-founder of Effect, a social startup helping young people to become more employable and formerly worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant, enabling professionals and companies to compete in an increasingly complex economy. He has worked in various Marketing Roles and has an extensive Digital Marketing experience in startups (Effect), SMEs (easyseminars.gr), local and global NGOs (AIESEC) and large multinational companies (Coca-Cola HBC). In the last 4 years, he has trained more than 2900 students, entrepreneurs and professionals in Creativity, Design Thinking, Marketing, Public Speaking and Career Planning. His work has been awarded with the Social Impact Award 2015, the Angelopoulos CGIU Fellowship 2016 and a Silver HR Award 2016. He is also the winner of Coca-Cola’s Innovation Day 2015 and an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program of the USA State Department.
