Srijana is an operations and strategy leader committed to growing Bhutan’s social entrepreneurship ecosystem. She has worked across youth development, climate action, and inclusive innovation, including as a 2023–2024 Community Solutions Fellow with IREX, during which she worked with the Climate Reality Project headquarters in the U.S.

She served as Curator (2022–2023) and Vice Curator (2021–2022) of the Global Shapers Thimphu Hub, and was part of its founding cohort, leading early communications and operations.

She currently serves as Operations Manager at Loden Tewa: Centre for Social Ventures, where she leads strategic systems to support impact-driven enterprises in Bhutan.
