Born in Australia and raised in Austria, Stephanie gained a very personal insight into intercultural differences from a young age. In addition, her studies in Cultural- and Social Anthropology in Austria and the Netherlands enhanced her passion for travelling, discovering new countries and exploring new cultures.
At the age of 17 Stephanie received her first softskill training certificates. During the last 10 years, she hase been facilitating and moderating groups and events all over the world. Furthermore, she organised events that followed the aim of empowering startups back in 2010, for example the STARTup Live Vienna. This led her to mentor startups in organisational and team dynamics perspective as a coach.
She's driven by fostering innovation and connecting her passion for entrepreneurship and education. This fascination led her to projects like, “Land der Bildung”, RoadsToCourage & to co-found TEDxDonauinsel.
She was the co-founder of chancen:reich, the largest career fairs for refugees in Europe. She was able to create 500+ jobs within six months and they continued the format in the west of Austria.
2017 she got elected, among only a few under the age of 30, into the Austrian parliament and served as a member of parliament trying to disrupt the way policy is made in the Austrian parliament and beyond with her hands-on mentality. Her focus was digitalisation and education.
