Steven Knight graduated from the University of Alberta School of Business with a B.Comm. In 2014. During his schooling, his work in establishing Canada's first international not-for-profit case competition, as well as his involvement on the board of directors for Youth Emergency Shelter Society helped him establish a strong sense of community, and passion for impacting change.

In 2016, Steven founded Mosaic Home Services Ltd. His business is devoted to working with entrepreneurs in the residential construction and home improvement sector to develop socially responsible business models that are scalable, franchisable, and sellable.

Steven was married to his wife Kelsey in 2020, and continues to reside in Edmonton where he was born and raised.
