Sudip Roy leads the development of continuously evolving intelligence systems at Adaption across applied ML, infrastructure and product engineering. Previously, he was Senior Director of Engineering at Cohere, where he led Inference, Finetuning and Platform engineering for the company’s foundation models while helping scale both the engineering organization and revenue growth. Earlier, at Google DeepMind, he contributed to core ML infrastructure including Pathways and TensorFlow Extended, which power large-scale production AI systems including Gemini. He holds multiple patents in machine learning systems and is recognized for his expertise in scaling AI infrastructure.
