She is the Branch Supervisor at Empowerbank Zimbabwe. This youth bank was created to support the financial inclusion for the youth and marginalised Zimbabweans to start up grow and gain social and economic freedom. This is done through training for start ups and already running projects and provide the financial aide to these individuals. She is a Co-founder of Namanje Pvt ltd which provides research services to organisations and brands that would like to get qualitative information to help grow their brands, launch new products and get customer insights on their existing brands. She is part of an initiative Tsvarakadenga which empowers young women between the ages of 12-24 to ensure there are equipped with skills that will help them gain financial freedom. She is an accredited banker and has had 7 years of banking experience working for large banks that have an African footprint. She is passionate about the young women found in the townships ensuring that they get exposure to the opportunities out of their normal life, training for life skills and having a balanced wheel of life. She is passionate about this cause because she grew up in such an environment and experienced the challenges life threw but through training and mentorship she thrived. she is a global shaper with the Harare hub and a former vice curator.
