Tafadzwa Bete Sasa is a high performance coach, training facilitator and consultant who helps team leaders align and develop their people for peak productivity and cohesive collaboration.

She is a founding partner and head of Team alignment and development at Training Leaders Consortium. The Consortium is a partnership of Organisations Development trainers, consultants and coaches who combine their expertise to design Learning and Development interventions that help their clients increase profitability and impact.

She is also the Founder of GoalGetter Tribe - a personal development community that supports high potential young professionals to accelerate their professional and personal growth. She created the organization's flagship product - the GoalGetter Planner, which is a customised daily organiser that helps individuals translate their ideas and visions into SMART annual goals, create action plans that details milestones and key outcomes and measure and track progress.

Outside of her professional work, Tafadzwa is active in community service as a member of Junior Chamber International where she most notably served as the 2019 JCI Zambia National President. She is also a member of The Room a community from the African Leadership Group and was 2020 class of The Africa List.

She holds a MBA from the African Leadership University School of Business and a BSc Human Resource Management from the Midlands State University.
