Sook-Yee Tai is Chair of the NO.17 Foundation, a values-led philanthropic platform anchored in UN SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) and dedicated to advancing systemic collaboration towards a well-being and life-flourishing economy. Guided by the belief that enduring cooperation begins with inner coherence, she works with global partners across business, finance, policy, and civil society to strengthen trust, deepen dialogue, and enable collective action in addressing complex global challenges.

Alongside her philanthropic leadership, Sook Yee brings nearly four decades of international experience in corporate leadership and board governance, including service as an Independent Non-Executive Director and chair of Audit & Risk and Nomination & Remuneration Committees for listed companies. At the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, she contributes a dialogue-centred, human-centred perspective on renewing cooperation in an increasingly fragmented world.
