Global Shaper, Los Angeles Hub

Tate is an analyst and strategist working at the intersection of art, technology, and society. Currently, Tate is a Senior Go-to-Market Strategy Specialist at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In his role, he uses advanced analytics to tracking macro-trends and market shifts to better understand industry demands and client needs. Previously, Tate worked as a Global Analyst in BCG X -the tech and AI arm of BCG- and within BCG Digital Ventures.

He holds a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Tech, where he focused on developing algorithms to identify emerging technology and trends. He also holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics & Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Drake University.

Tate is currently the Outgoing Curator of the Global Shapers Los Angeles Hub and previously served as the Curator and Impact Officer. He has been a Shaper since 2020, having originally been a member of the Des Moines Hub.
