Tea is currently an external affairs consultant at the World Bank Group (WBG), liaising with Southern European countries and Rome-based UN Agencies (WFP, FAO, IFAD). Since joining the WBG in 2019, she also worked with the teams engaging with the private sector, foundations, and parliamentarians. Tea also worked as a gender and economic inclusion consultant for the Green Cities initiative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Outside of working hours, she is actively involved in the Rome Hub of the Global Shapers Community working on projects related to gender equality and European integration. Prior to this, she was also active with the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth as a project officer coordinating the work of different youth networks across the globe. Tea holds a Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto, as well as a BA in peace and conflict studies from the University of Toronto.
