Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Power Living Enterprises, leading professional development programmes for over 200 organizations, from Bloomberg Media to the National Institutes of Health, with over 2,000 hours of coaching. She also founded VH1 Interactive and was Vice-President of Business Operations for MTV Networks. At 20 years old, Kennedy consulted with Fortune 500 companies and wrote case studies on operations strategy for Harvard Business School. A health and sustainability advocate, she is Co-Founder of the Harlem Education and Training (E.A.T.) Kitchen, Young PWR Brokers and the Ta Yoga House. Kennedy is a National Spokesperson for the American Heart Association and serves on their New York State and International Stroke Committees. She has been in various media, including CNN and Oprah's book Live Your Best Life! Kennedy has a dual BA in Sociology and Studio Art from Wellesley, an MBA from Harvard, a PhD in World Religions, and executive education in Global Leadership and Public Policy.
