Thomas Ermacora is a regeneration architect, tech-for-good entrepreneur and futures thinker focused on urban sustainability and community resilience. Having worked with key iconoclasts in urban futures such as Frank Gehry, Jan Gehl, and John Norquist, he stands as one of the new strategic leaders helping transition cities towards more socially inclusive and resource intelligent designs - paving the way for increasingly distributed and open source societies. Author of Recoded City, published by Routledge in 2015, he is the founder and creative lead of Limewarf.org Cultural Innovation hub, MachinesRoom.Org circular economy Fablab in London, and Clear Village tactical urbanism agency.
Ermacora speaks and lectures in numerous conferences on maker culture, social innovation, and industry 4.0 districts. He is a LEAD fellow of Clinton Global Initiative, contributing member of Nationswell, TED and a founding partner of Fabcity with the MIT Bits and Atoms Center.
