Thomas Gaar is currently a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Vienna and very interested in the field of education, especially eLearning. His vision is to make quality education accessible all over the world, which should be possible through eLearning in his view. Thomas’ passion for education comes from his one year stay as a school inspector in Uganda, where he visited several public schools in the rural area every day and his engagements at eLearning Startups in Silicon Valley and Berlin for Bertelsmann. Thomas studied Strategy & International Management in St. Gallen, Vienna and soon at the MIT. In his free time, he is a dedicated runner and run his first marathon in San Francisco in 2017. He now has the plan to run a marathon on all seven continents.
