Tim Wyles

Market Leader, Oliver Wyman (MMC)

As well as supporting projects in Africa and the Middle East.
Tim’s work focuses on four broad themes…:
Strategy: Thriving in the future – identify and capitalize on opportunities and challenges given relentlessly changing market dynamics
Productivity: Doing more with the same – improve performance through better alignment throughout the organization with client needs and better leverage of new technologies.
Efficiency: Doing the same with less –reduce the cost-base in a sustainable fashion through smarter working practices and better lever of new technologies.
Control: How to ensure that the entity stays safe – and particularly, how to assign and track scarce resources within an organization (capital, cost, liquidity…) to optimize performance.
