Tsholofelo is a graduate of Economics and Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. She is currently enrolled for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. Tsholofelo is an advocate of financial inclusion and has founded an organisation called Finance First Botswana that promotes financial literacy among Botswana citizens. She is currently the an Operations Manager at Squarelink, an organisation that exists to provide international advisory and capacity building expertise, carry out economic research as well as offer corporate government services.
