Tui has had a broad range of experience in innovation through incubators and accelerators in the Startup, Social Impact, and GovTech space.

She also significant experience running large and small-scale events. She was the Event Manager for Festival for the future 2017. She was the Co-creator of The Love NZ Land & Water Roadshow, and is a Co-founder of The Social Experiment, & Director of Unity House.
