Valentina has a degree in Business Administration and Performer of Musical Comedy. She is currently co-founder of Volver al arte, an organization whose purpose is to promote the creative sector, linking art and business, so that more artistic entrepreneurs can live off their passion.

She teaches Creative Project Management and Entrepreneurship in Creative Industries at the ORT Uruguay University. In addition, she is leading honorably the Projects Commission of the Uruguayan Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AJE); She is a Shaper in Global Shapers Uruguay and a volunteer in Responsible Education Uruguay.

Prior to her role as an Entrepreneur, she worked in various organizations of the Uruguayan entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the ORT Uruguay University, Endeavor Uruguay, Excellentia Consultores.
