Vardan is a B.Tech & M.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Sciences from IIT Mumbai. After his Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, he co-founded Fountainhead Preschool with Ankita. He has led the operations of Fountainhead School in Surat since it?s beginning in 2008. He?s responsible for the overall academics and administration of the school, the teacher training & leadership development program at Fountainhead. He ensure that innovative pedagogy and student-centric education is brought into classroom practice through constant training and mentoring of teachers. Vardan?s passion for sports and arts has been translated into a strong culture of sports and arts for all Fountainhead stakeholders!
