My name is Vincent Waller, I am 21 years old and I am studying psychology at one of the best psychological institutes of Europe, which is the TU Dresden.\\I was invited to Dresden Hub, because I found the "Zukunftsnetzwerk Erzgebirge" With this association we try to build a common platform between the economy, the politics, the infrastructural institutions the Youth of my home. The Ore Mountains was in an economical view a very weak region. That why a lot of people migrate to economic hotspots. But now, the economy is stabilized and the whole region is looking for employees. Because of this difficult situation, we sensitize all people from high school till university graduates to stay, to come back or to move to the Ore Mountains. On the other side, we work with economic institutions and the politicians for a higher attractiveness of our home.\\Besides, I am the Vice-President of "VDSI Lokalrunde Dresden", which is the interest group for student volunteering.
