Graduated from the speciality of water and soil conservation, Beijing Forestry University in 1989 and received Ph.D in 2006. Over the past three decades, has been workeing in forestry department. His rofessional experiencee involves in forest management, forest and climate change, forest-related international cooperation etc. He has more than 15 years of experience in participating in UNFCCC negotiation.
