Weerapol Weerachotwasin is the Founder & CEO of WE Tech Consulting Co., Ltd., a Bangkok-based strategy and technology firm advising governments, corporates, and public institutions across Thailand and Southeast Asia on AI governance, human capital transformation, and digital strategy.
Across his career, Weerapol has designed and built a portfolio of human capital technology platforms spanning assessment, career development, and agentic AI. Early platforms include WE Space (wespace.in.th), a free online career counselling and competency platform serving more than 400,000 users whose founding version he developed and which now operates independently, and WE Assess, an AI-powered competency assessment tool with video interview capability (jobassess.in.th), also now independently operated. He developed FineMyFuture (finemyfuture.onec.go.th), a national career identity platform adopted by Thailand's Office of the Education Council, and the Teacher Matching System (tms.otepc.go.th), which has mobilised 400,000+ teachers across Thailand's national transfer process. Current platforms under WE Tech include People360 (people360.tech), an AI-augmented people assessment system, AI-Job (job-ai.wetechconsulting.co), an AI job impact and career intelligence tool, and an HR Agentic App (hr.wetechconsulting.co) enabling organisations to deploy autonomous AI for workforce analytics, career decisions, and employee wellbeing.
A recognised voice on AI policy, Weerapol presented on AI governance at the ATPER Conference in Ghent, Belgium (2025) and delivered a keynote on "Redefining Human Value in the AI Age" at the Thailand Management Association's Digital Dialogue (2026). His AI Job Impact Model — presented at the AHRD International Conference (2025) — is currently under peer review for publication.
He serves on the ESG Expert Pool of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and holds board positions at two Rajabhat universities and Thammasat University's College of Interdisciplinary Studies. He previously served on the Executive Board of the Thailand Digital Government Academy (DGA), as Sub-committee Member for Higher Education Standards and Quality under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and on the national working committee for Basic Education Curriculum Development under the Ministry of Education.
Beyond consulting, Weerapol is Co-founder of Sleep Essential Co., Ltd., a wellness brand focused on sleep health, and a founding partner of Global Social Innovation Co., Ltd. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director of Mindfulness Psychology Co., leading initiatives that brought mindfulness practice into organisational culture. He was previously Founder & CEO of EdVISORY, an EdTech venture developing AI-powered competency assessment and virtual job interview tools. He began his career at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where he delivered workforce and organisational effectiveness solutions across sectors in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Weerapol holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and received the Social Entrepreneurship Award from the Global Training & Development Institute at the University of Connecticut.
A YSEALI Academic Fellow (2017), former Vice President for Partnership & External Relations of the Thailand-USA Alumni Association, and ASEAN MY World 2030 Advocate for SDGs under UNDP, Weerapol is an active member of the WEF Global Shapers Bangkok Hub and has engaged with OECD, UNDP, and ASEAN multilateral policy platforms across the region — including the UNLEASH Global SDG Innovation Lab, ChangemakerXChange by Ashoka, Young Sustainability Impact Southeast Asia SDG Talent Programme, and the Informal Working Group for Education 2030 under the OECD Global Forum
