I am a psychologist and specialist in inclusive education with extensive experience in emotional development, social-emotional learning, and body-oriented therapeutic approaches. I hold a Master’s degree with honors in Attention to Diversity and Inclusive Education from the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM) and am certified in Core Dancetherapy by the International Institute of Core Danzatherapy.
Since 2018, I have co-founded and directed LIBELULARTE, a humanitarian organization focused on personal, educational, and professional development through consulting, psychological support, and integrative workshops. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, facilitating courses on prenatal bonding, grief, emotional intelligence, life planning, sexual education, and embodied relational awareness.
I collaborate with institutions such as UAEM, CECYTE, COBAEM, and ISSSTE, providing training for educators, school leaders, and administrative teams on emotional education, inclusive leadership, organizational behavior, and digital awareness.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, and have completed certifications in Neurolinguistic Programming, Core Dancetherapy, Morphopsychology, Gestalt Dreamwork, and Family Constellations Therapy from the Carl Rogers University Institute.
My academic work has been presented in national and international forums, focusing on emotional competencies in education and inclusive practices. I was also a member of the Global Shapers Community (World Economic Forum) in Cuernavaca, and I am now proud to be part of its alumni network.
My mission is to integrate psychology, education, art, and somatic approaches to promote resilience, self-awareness, and community well-being. I am currently focused on creating inclusive mental health initiatives that empower individuals and support the development of emotionally intelligent and equitable communities.
