Formerly, many years at Lenovo Group and with some small businesses. 2005, joined Sequoia; currently, Partner, Sequoia Capital China. Has been focusing on early investments in such fields as TMT, healthcare, clean technology. Has led over a dozen companies to list on capital markets at home and abroad, including the stock exchanges in America and Hong Kong, China, and A-share markets in mainland China. Named one of “Best Venture Capital Investors in China”, Forbes (2010 to 2017); named one of the “Best Venture Capital Investors in the World”, Forbes (2014 to 2018).
