Has participated as a member in the committees set up by the Ministry of Justice to draft the Intellectual Property Law, the Money Laundering Prevention Law and the New Banking Law. Member of the Board of Directors: Central Bank of Egypt; Social Fund for Development; Competition Authority; Industrial Development Authority; National Bank of Egypt. Chairman, Suez Economic Zone Authority; Member, National Law Commission.
